VVEP Receives Press Ganey Awards for 2025
For the sixth year in a row, Vail Valley Emergency Physicians is the proud recipient of the Press Ganey 2025 Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award®. Presented by Press Ganey, the global leader in healthcare experience solutions and services, these awards are part of their annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in patient experience. This distinction honors VVEP’s for scoring the top 5% of Press Ganey clients in two separate patient care categories.
VVEP was additionally awarded the elite Press Ganey 2025 Human Experience Pinnacle of Excellence Award®. This distinction reflects the physician’s leadership, ranked in the top 5% of healthcare providers in delivering patient experience over a minimum of three consecutive years, including consistently high levels of excellence in patient experience, employee experience, physician experience, member experience, or clinical quality performance. This award is given to the top performing organizations in each category based on extraordinary achievement.
